Can I return a product that was ordered from myOWNLINEbiz?

Yes, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us where we will provide you with the return address.

Return Policy – We are committed to providing you the highest quality of product and service. You are able to return any product which does not reach your expectations within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you have made a payment towards the product, once we have received the returned product we will credit your account accordingly.

Delivery Time

When will I receive the book, products or accessories that I ordered?

You will see the standard despatch times against each product on the store. Please be aware that standard postal deliveries can take up to 14 - 21 days depending on package size and seasonality.

How do I pay my order?

If you have decide to choose your product, then submit the order form and make a payment as soon as possible to our Maybank/CIMB account, then email us a copy of transaction receipt as payment evidence for the product.
